During my time at Team Grit as a Technical Artist, I created a weapon rendering system and scene for use in UI and for NFT image creation purposes. Since the game had a collection of different kinds of NFT weapons (Melee, Rifle, Shotgun, Sniper, Sidearm), I created multiple sequences to set the camera transform and settings, weapon transform, and materials for the weapons that I nested in a master sequence. This allowed for me to set global settings for every render in that sequence, while being able to tweak settings and set overrides on a per weapon-type basis. I also created a tool to set the specific working sequence to render making it much easier to swap between sequences.
***To not infringe on the actual NFTs that were created for use in the game, I replaced and re-rendered one of the weapons for portfolio purposes.
